Ta Daaaaa!
Here's the after photo! I am very happy with the way it turned out. I did put it through three cycles of felting in the washing machine, and cut off the top (it was just too pointy). Now, I can revel in its felty goodness. Now, I just wanna felt everything!! Hee!

Nice! This is a very mod tea cozy. I love the vertical stripes. It kinda reminds me of a tropical fish. I haven't tried felting yet, but I have some leftover wool in my stash that might make a small bag or a belt (sigh, someday. I wish I knit faster. Or didn't have to work).

Wendy, it turned out terrific! I gotta ive felting a try one of these days. Actually, I tried it once before - but that was not intentional.. I miss that sweater.
